recommend keeping a record of your experience as creating some type of written or visual record will
help clarify, refine and solidify your vision. This will help it become more powerful and more permanent.
You may choose to use one or all of the templates available. You could use a different one each time you
carry out your visualisation. Each of these is free to download.
